Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 and a current student or affiliate of a participating institution to use Baraha.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.

• Do not engage in harassment, doxxing, discrimination, or unlawful activity.
• Do not post sexual, hateful, extremist, or otherwise prohibited content.
• Do not attempt to circumvent moderation or security controls.

You retain ownership of your content. You grant Baraha a non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for operating the Service.

Baraha does not process payments. Any transactions are conducted externally between users and third-party payment providers. Baraha is not a party to, nor responsible for, any payment, refund, or dispute.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ‘AS IS’ AND ‘AS AVAILABLE.’ TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BARAHA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BARAHA AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE. Baraha does not assume responsibility for user conduct, user interactions, or content posted by users, including doxxing, harassment, or harmful behavior. You understand and agree that you use the Service at your sole risk.

While we implement safeguards, no system is perfectly secure. Baraha is not liable for damages resulting from unauthorized access, data breaches, or malicious attacks.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or where required by law.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes takes effect constitutes acceptance.
